About Ted
Do you have a single male guinea pig looking for a friend? Then meet Ted, whose crazy hair matches his personality. Ted loves belly rubs and his favourite adventures are when he can get to snuggle in bed with you and go for adventures among the sheets, where it is so nice and warm.
Ted is still looking for a friend as he likes his own space but loves it when they change his cage layout so he has lots of things to run around and hid in, to keep him very happy. He's a growing boy whose favourite food is his hay.
If you would like to adopt Ted, you will need to bring your guinea pig to a meet and greet at an open day at Bracken Ridge, as not all guinea pigs will pair successfully.
Adoption details
Qld Guinea Pig Refuge is located at Bracken Ridge, North Brisbane.
The adoption fee for our guinea pigs is $25 each. Desexed guinea pigs are $35 each. They come fully health checked; worm and mite treated; and have been living at their foster carer’s house where they receive handling time.
