About Lexie
Who wouldn't love this little face?
Lexie melts hearts wherever she goes. She is only young and a little timid at first but is enjoying all the fun and excitement life has to offer.
Considering she is still young and has already experienced a lot in her short life, Lexie is extremely sweet and enjoys lots of cuddles. She loves to be snuggled up with her foster family or curled up in bed with her canine foster friends.
We are not completely sure of Lexie's breed or how big she is going to grow. She has a great time running with the other dogs in her foster home and is then happy to have a quick nap before doing it all again.
We think she will be quite energetic as she grows. She loves to play fetch and will need a home where she will have room to run and play with her new doggy friend.
Lexie has already had a lot of moves and can be a little timid at first. She adapts quickly once she's had time to realise she is safe. She develops a trust in people and stays close by until she feels confident enough to become involved.
Lexie will be looking for a home with a confident and relaxed, desexed MALE dog who will be happy to share lots of games with her. From what we have already seen, she loves to play so a dog a couple of years old should be the perfect match for her.
Lexie is showing to be very smart and is doing her best to please her foster mum. She is learning to sit for her meals and her toilet training is getting better.
Obedience training is highly recommended to help Lexie understand what is expected from her and to help her make her new family very proud of how clever she is.
Regular outings will be great too continue building Lexie's confidence and social skills. She loves the car, meeting new people and experiencing new places
We are expecting Lexie to be very popular so please be patient while we read through all enquiries. Only homes with a MALE doggy pal will be considered.
Lexie has not been tested with cats but should learn to be gentle with the correct guidance and introduction.
Lexie will not be ready to head to her new home until 6/8
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
