Adoption Application
These questions are aimed at making sure you appreciate the extra responsibilities that come with owning a dog/pup, to help you determine the dog that is right for you and to assist us in supporting you. For example, if the dog you are seeking is to be a 24 hour inside dog then an outside active dog would not be appropriate.
Please ensure you include all relevant information in this application. This information will be considered in assessing suitability of your chosen dog(s).
We want to thank you for applying for a Claws n Paws Dog / Puppy please note that we consider all applications seriously, the outcome will always be determined by the needs of the dog and which application is the most suitable for that particular animal.
When completed, please copy, then send application to kirbyhepworth@hotmail.com
