Aghnya (pronounced Arn-ya) is a very loving and loyal companion.   Her nature is beautifully calm and gentle and she is great with children, she loves to cuddle and be in physical contact with you (paw, head or whole body on you).

Aghnya loves to play fetch, plays wonderfully with other dogs and people and is very gentle when walking on the lead. She loves to go on short walks but would much rather curl up by the heater or fire on wet wintry days. 

Aghnya is house-trained, walks well on lead, great with children, happy to be bathed, travels in the car brilliantly and is happy when left at home alone during work hours. She has not been tested with cats.

She is working on keeping all 4 paws on the ground when greeting people and not getting over excited when she sees other dogs on her walk. She becomes fearful when tied on a lead, for example, whilst outside the supermarket. She has had some training in overcoming this fear but its best to leave her at home when walking to the shops.

Aghnya has been a mum to multiple litters before arriving into care and has saggy mumma skin as a result. It will improve with time but likely not return to its original place (I'm sure a few of us can sympathise!)
