About Moesha 🌔
Moesha is looking for that very special home that will see past her scars and love her for her super sweet and gentle and sometimes cheeky personality that she has.
Moesha came into care at 6 weeks of age, and from the very beginning we all knew that she was special.
At around 8 weeks of age Moesha was diagnosed with Entropian of the eyes. This is a genetic condition in which part of the eyelid is folded in towards the eyeball. The folded eyelid scratches and irritates the surface of their eye, instead of protecting it as it should. This causes ongoing eye infections and if left untreated, can cause them to lose their vision.
After consultation with one of our amazing vets, it was decided that Moesha needed an ‘eye lift’ to give her the best chance at a beautiful life. Unfortunately, both eyelids were affected, so while in for desex, this little girl had part of her eyelids removed and both eyelids lifted and stitched to stop them from curling back under.
We are pleased to say the surgery has been a huge success and once her stitches desolve in about 6 months she will no longer have her eye issues.
So now Moesha is ready to go to her forever home and shower her new human with all the love and cuddles they can handle.
Even through out everything this sweet little girl has always been a big cuddle bug, not letting anything phase her. Moesha will always greet you with the loudest purr and is always looking for that lap to curl up on.
Please help us find this sweet little girl the perfect forever home she deserves.
Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
