About Sarah ~ Labrador (on trial 31/7/19)
Hi there! My name is Sarah, I am a Labrador and I am 10 years old. I am a kind sweet girl, I love spending time with you, I’ll happily keep you company while you’re out in the garden or in the house. I get a little sad when you go out but I will wait patiently for your return. My butt wiggles adorably when you come back.
I rarely bark unless you accidentally leave me outside on my own, I’ll only do one little bark to remind you I’m here. I am very good in the car, although if you have a big car I will need help getting in and out.
I love walks, I won’t even pull on the lead!
I can sit and shake and come when you call me, my foster Mumma says I’m a very good girl.
I came into foster care due to no fault of my own, I was a companion for my elderly human, sadly she passed away. I still have a lot of love to give, can I share it with you?
I’m good with children. I get along with other dogs, I just don’t like if they growl at me. My foster Mumma has a little fluffy cat, I was a bit too excited for her on first meeting but I got used to her being around and now we are good friends!
My ideal human would be someone who is home a lot so that I can spend time with them, and who is willing to take me for walks each day. I need to be welcome inside, I’d love a soft bed of my own but I’m also happy to sleep on the floor near your bed.

(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
