About Hagrid
Meet Hagrid!
This gorgeous little bundle of black and white fluff is now around 16 weeks old. He arrived in care with his three brothers. He likes playing with his siblings and is continuing to come out of his shell around some of the other cats and kittens in his foster home. He can often be found getting up to mischief with one of the cheeky young feline girls he lives with.
Feather string toys tickle his fancy and he can regularly be seen zooming past with one in his mouth. This little guy also goes absolutely crazy for catnip filled toys.
Hagrid has a medium-length coat so will need a family that is prepared to give him an occasional brush. He does do a great job himself of managing his coat, but like all cats with longer/fluffier coats, some help is always appreciated!
Whilst compared to his brothers, Hagrid is the most tolerant when it comes to being cuddled, he definitely prefers to have four paws on the ground when receiving affection.
Like all the honorary canines in our care, Hagrid is fully litter trained. He is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and parasite treated. He will also require an indoor-only home or one with a secure cat enclosure for any outside time.
Little Hagrid is initially unsure of new people and environments, so calm and slow introductions work best for him. With this in mind, our preference for Hagrid is that he is adopted within the wider Melbourne area (he is currently in care in Melbourne).

Adoption details
Hear No Evil's Adoption process:
1st Step * You contact us to obtain an adoption application, and discuss the dog of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability.
2nd Step * A Meet and Greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and and current dogs is arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a Yard check to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - We understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
3rd Step *Payment of the Adoption fee in full. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records.
Transport arrangements are the financial responsibility of the Adopting party. Hear No Evil are happy to assist with departure preparations and ensuring the dog makes its transport connection.
Final step * Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted, and the adoption is officially finalised.
