About Hudson 🐕
This handsome boy is Hudson....He's our 5yr old English Springer Spaniel who is currently in care as an only dog and thoroughly enjoys the company of his foster family which includes older children. He has adapted well to the change in environment and settled in beautifully to his foster home.
Hudson has a beautiful temperament. He enjoys playing (with both people and other dogs) and is quite placid in nature. Whilst he loves his fluffy toys, he won't destroy them. He would much rather carry them around in his mouth. Hudson is fully toilet trained, doesn't bark and walks beautifully on lead. He knows basic commands such as 'sit' and 'shake' and sleeps inside at night, although does spend his days outside while his humans are at work and school.
As with any dog, Hudson loves the attention he receives from his humans. He is dog friendly and would suit a home with or without another dog, as long as he was made to feel like one of the family. Please do your research on the Breed before applying to adopt. This boy will need lots of regular exercise, so if you don't have the time or committment, please consider a different breed.
Because they're hunting dogs, English Springer Spaniels require a lot of exercise, but keep them on leash in unfenced areas or they may decide to go hunting on their own. Because they are such good athletes, many non-hunting owners participate in activities such as obedience, agility, flyball, and tracking with their English Springer Spaniels. They also make great therapy dogs, bringing smiles to people in hospitals and nursing homes.
Hudson has now had all his vet work done and keen to find his forever home. He is currently located in Erina, on the Central Coast NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
