About Thor
Such a sweet gentle boy with such a tough name. Thor is no tough guy, he is a total softy who loves nothing better than pats and cuddles with his human. He is so so loving and very loyal, he will make an awesome companion dog. Thor lacked confidence with people and other animals when he came into care but is growing in confidence every day. He likes to play with other dogs after a gentle introduction, he has learnt what a cat is and really isn't too fussed about them at all, he is good with kids and he loves to please. Thor is looking for a family who will include him in their lives, he loves walks, hanging on the couch, car rides and did we mention cuddles. Thor's new family will be required to be home a lot, allow him to be inside, and be committed to taking Thor to doggy school to continue to help him grow in confidence. This boy is a super special boy to us, he melts your heart with his kindness and his calming ability when he sits with you.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
