About Peaches
Perfect Peaches...the prettiest little darling you'll ever meet. Peaches came to us as a stray kitten found in the Concord area. A little shy at first, it quickly became obvious that this was one special little kitten. She purrs like a motor as soon as she sees you, and can't wait to give you gentle smooches and head bumps. Peaches loves company and actively seeks it.
She is also confident around gentle dogs, and with the right introduction to a cat-friendly dog who is used to cats, she'd be happy to share her home with a canine companion. She's also young enough to adapt well to another social kitty. As Peaches is a little timid and she doesn't like loud noises or sudden movements, she will only be suitable for a home with older, gentle children who appreciate that she is a little shy at first, and are able to handle and approach her gently.
Peaches has a glorious long fluffy coat with the prettiest little calico tail. She is predominantly white, and like all cats, her coat will shed seasonally. She will require regular brushing and pampering, which she absolutely loves!
Peaches is strictly available to an indoor only home or a home with a suitable, shady cat run as she has very pale features and will be susceptible to skin cancer. Her owner must commit to keeping her safe and out of the sun.
Adoption details
Please contact the clinic and ask to speak with Rosie, our receptionist and cat adoption officer.
All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. That means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting infectious disease. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families; safe from harm :)
