Baby

Hi everyone, I’m Baby. My foster carers think I’m extremely cheeky but it’s just because I have settled in well with them. I don’t mind if my people are away from home for a while – I’m happy sleeping and lounging around. But I am very happy when you arrive home - my tail never stops wagging. I love to be involved in everything and I am confident with people. Cuddles and any kind of affection, are my thing!

Dislikes:
Other dogs - At the moment I am fearful of other dogs and need to avoid them. I need ongoing training to help with this and a forever human that is vigilant when walking me. So if you have a place and a walking route where it can just be us - that would suit me perfectly.

Other things you should know about me:
I can jump so I need high fences – but I’m happy to stay inside while you are out anyway.
I am still working on walking on the lead but I have learnt to walk next to my people.
I am unsure and untested with small children so I would like to spend my time with adults or older teenagers.
KONG toys require too much patience for me so I give up. I could be persuaded if you can spend some time playing with me though.
I can snore with eyes open. I also have the cutest nose and softest ears.
I am trainable. I have learnt to bark to go out and come in. I’m still remembering to do this with toilet breaks sometimes - whoops.
