Rock

Introducing the one and only 4 year old ROCK, our gentle giant.

Could Rock be the dog of your dreams? He is so sweet and mellow. A big boy at 40 kilos, it would be easy to think he would be handful, but Rock is a very "soft" dog. He gets upset if he thinks he's done something to displease us and will then immediately "sit" to try and be a good boy.

He gets along with cats and other animals. He likes our office cat Angus and is very content in the office being around us. Infact he loves it!

Rock also loves to sniff his way around, so we suspect there is some Bloodhound in there somewhere?

Rock is a low energy dog. All he needs is a morning walk and he will settle for the rest of the day. He loves wearing his dog coats and loves his cosy bed.

Rock's ideal home:

- someone around a lot to keep him company
- a quiet, calm home, as he is a big sook and will be timid in a rowdy home
- would love to be a couch companion with a calm older person as he is a big softy
- would love to live with another dog-social dog, bring yours out for a match up
- could potentially be the perfect apartment dog

Rock can jump fences, so he needs good containment. An enclosed pen would be ideal. Or you could leave him safely inside if you go out.
