About Gunter
GUNTER
Cuddle bunny galore!
Gunter loves a cuddle and a kiss - and learning how to kiss without nipping is nearly 100%! Remember – I’m still super young! Only 6 weeks old so learning is key at this stage!
Gunter is a very fast learner. He is learning all the basic commands and is really smart. Just like any juvenile his attention span is short and he wants to play but he does comply with instructions initially with a cute puppy head tilt and then a paw to say “I LOVE YOU”
He takes treats from your hand without snatching (like his human brother’s) and sit’s and nearly can lay!
Gunter is crate trained and sleeps in his crate at night with his blanket. He also put himself in his crate when he wants to rest. Gunter is working on being house trained and will head to the door when he needs to go to the toilet - if he can make it.
Gunter LOVES tug of war with his dog friends and loves to chase them chasing the ball!
Gunter has been learning to walk on a lead and is doing well however he needs a lot more lead work to get his learn manners up to scratch.
Gunter is the first for a wrestle but then the first for a cuddle and quiet time - best of both worlds!
Gunter will grow into a large and strong dog so it’s extremely important his new family start puppy school and training to ensure he grows up well mannered and socialised. He will require lots of stimulation and exercise to keep him happy and healthy. Gunter loves other dogs and has been in care with 3 other dog companions!
Gunter has met lots of dogs while in care and has been great with all of them! Gunter can tend to be a little whiney but only when he wants to come inside or have a cuddle!
