Alaska

Alaska is a stunning Husky x with energy and attitude that you will love if you are the right person. She is no boring couch potato, but a dog who will demand that you meet all of her needs.

She is super-smart and has been learning how to walk on leash and pay attention to her handler here. She can be quite vocal and is learning to communicate what she wants by sitting or giving eye contact instead of yelling at her trainer. She's lots of fun to train and will require ongoing training in her new home.

Alaska lives hard and plays hard, really enjoying the opportunity to run and wrestle with other dogs here like MacCa and Ace. If you have a dog who would enjoy her brand of fun, please bring them in for a match-up.

Alaska's ideal home would be one where there is someone home often and where she is allowed inside and to be made one of the family. She is very good at going to her mat and is ridiculously cute when you see her all snuggled up with a toy. She loves her toys and even likes to carry one when out on a walk.

Alaska is a very special dog who is much loved by the staff who work with her. She will take some time, love and training but we can tell you that this is one dog who will be worth the effort. She is loving and smart and unique.
