About Zeebra (now on adoption trial)
Zeebra is a sweet Border Collie X Whippet. At only 12 months of age she’s a pretty & petite princess.
Zeebra is a very loving dog, who loves cuddles. If you sit for more than 10 seconds, she will make her way to your lap for a pat. She is toilet trained, has not had any accidents inside the house. She loves to please and is very intelligent. She follows her foster mum through the house to make sure she is ready for a pat when available. She knows how to sit, walk on the lead, and she is doing great at stay. Her Foster mum and dad have been teaching her to stay at the door once its open and she is doing great at that.
She has been socializing with another dog and she is amazing at it, she is patient and loves to play.
Zeebra would be great in a home where she gets lots of attention and cuddles. She will be better as an inside dog and she will be ok being someone's sister.
She is gaining lots of confidence very quickly.
You will fall in love from the moment you meet her.

If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with your phone number, a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL TO US.
We try and answer all enquiries asap but you are welcome to follow up your email with a phone call to Debra on 0412 698 117. We will put you in touch with the animal's foster carer.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
