The sweet, young Cooper is an absolute sweetheart who will steal your heart in an instant! His name ought to be Box-Ticker, because that's exactly what he does!
Extremely social with people (including kids) and other dogs ✔

Toilet trained and can use a dog door ✔
Travels well in the car ✔
Not destructive or a digger ✔
As a pup he still is learning. He is very enthusiastic when meeting people and can jump up to greet them, but he's super keen to work on this with you. A typical kelpie, Cooper requires a minimum of an hour a day to run (and run some more). Rain, hail, or shine, he'll definitely keep you fit.

Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
