About Jock
Foster caring is fun, feel-good and free. We supply bedding, food, collar, lead & warm coat. We also have an extensive foster caring manual and online support via both our private Facebook group and our foster coordinators.
When you join the Greyt Greys Foster Fam, you’re saving more than just one greyhound – you save the one in your care and also open up a new spot for another greyhound to be saved by our rescue program.
Our foster carers are the backbone and success that is Greyt Greys Rescue Inc. Foster carer’s play a vital role in supporting a greyhound’s rehabilitation and enable a smooth transition into their new lives and statuses as pets. Some greyhound’s walk into a home for the first time as though they’ve always been there – others will require gentleness, patience, training and love.
The fostering timeline is usually between 6-8 weeks but can depend on the hound and their needs.
Jock is a sweet, smoochy young boy looking to experience home life.
Check if you meet the fostering criteria:
> No small resident dogs, or cats
> If kids, aged 6+ years old
> Prefer small courtyard or backyard (however if you have a different set up, please contact us and we can assess)
> work no longer than 8 hours a day
> own transport preferred
If you're interested in caring for this boy, please email us at admin@greytgreys.org
Please note: this listing is for foster caring, not adoption.
Medical notes
Jock is desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated.
