About Boss *On Trial in His New Home*
*BOSS IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HIS NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Hi, I’m Boss! Ok, so I’m not a small fluffy puppy. But I am a very friendly, bouncy, gorgeous BIG boy of around 8 months old! I had a rotten start to life and ended up in the Pound through no fault of my own. It’s probably the best thing that happened to me, as now I can find a family who loves me and cares for me.
I am now living with four other dogs, a pet galah, ducks and chooks at my foster parent’s farm ..... no dramas at all there (I had a little bounce at the sheep to see what they were all about, but they weren’t very interesting…). I’d love a fur-buddy in my furever home to hang out with if you’re gonna head off to work, maybe one my size as my foster mum reckons I’d be a bit too rough for a little dog cos I don’t know my own strength and like to bounce when I play……..well duh, who doesn’t??? I’ve been sleeping inside which I LOVE ... but it doesn’t worry me too much being outside as long as I have a comfy sheltered bed.
Speaking of love .... FOOD is great! I LOVE food! So are cuddles. And bouncing. And meeting new hoomans. Oh, and walks are the best thing ever!
I’m not a dog who has to be with you all the time - I’m happy to wander off and lay in the sun by myself, but if you need a cuddle I will certainly help you out with that. And I don’t dig, or pull clothes off the line, or any of those silly things! And I do love a good old chat! Foster mum says I’m a “talker”, something about the Husky in me….whatever that means!
I mentioned I’m on the biggish side of being a puppy. Which means I’m quite a strong boy so I’m not sure I wouldn’t knock a little hooman over accidentally. I like them though - they are cute!
I haven’t met any cats so not sure about them……..???
If you are looking for a very loyal, loving and friendly young boy ... (my foster mum always calls me ‘good boy’, so that must be my other name!) ... please consider inviting me into your family! I’d love to have my own hoomans.
I’m really clever as well, so we can teach each other stuff ... like I will teach you how to give me treats, and you can teach me what a real loving home is like…….fair deal???
Anyway, I’d love to meet you!

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
