About Ziva - Located in Elwood
The first time you see Ziva you might think she is an apparition, a lovely floating cloud with appealing eyes!
Ziva is a lap cat through and through and will seek your attention as soon as you appear. She will invite you with nudges to pat her head and prompt you again if you stop early.
Ziva is no immediate best friend--she needs a little time to know that her boundaries of personal space are understood when she needs a rest from patting. It is worth taking time to develop mutual understanding. Ziva is best for a patient and gentle owner who can build a relationship of trust and respect.
After only a week with a foster and having a few spots of matted fur professionally sorted, Ziva was readily jumping to sit on laps and snuggle down, showed a lot of affection and good communication of boundaries without biting. She is ready to bond with her new human.
Lovely Ziva enjoys simple things: A spot with a view to the outdoors, a bit of sunshine, company. For the most part she is a quiet cat, but will have a catchup chat if she hasn't seen you in a while.
Ziva would be best as the only pet in a quiet, childfree home. With her amazing thick and long fur, periodic professional grooming would be needed to manage any developing matts and her comfort in warm weather.

The adoption fee includes de-sexing, micro-chip, current vaccination, flea and worm treatment while in care.
No known health issues.
Maneki Neko Cat Rescue would like to help ensure you and your new companion/s have a long and happy life together. Please be advised that if you should find that you are not a purrfect match, or if you need to rehome your new pet at any stage of its life, Maneki Neko Cat Rescue will take the cat back into care and find a new home.
Maneki Neko Cat Rescue provides a 7 day health warranty on all adoptions. Although all our cats and kittens are health checked prior to adoption, sometimes the stress of a new environment can upset their immune system.

All our cats and kittens are in fostercare, we do not operate a shelter or shop, so please contact us to arrange a visit.
