About Ardath
Looking for a gorgeous puppy? Meet Ardath!
This beautiful boy is a true PLUSH PUPPY. You can sink your hands deep into his soft plush fur or snuggle on the couch for hours. His unique features including his defining ridgeback, angelic face and soft supple looks will turn heads where every you go.
He is the ultimate apartment pup but loves to get outside to socialise with his buddies and strut this stuff with the locals. His plush supple coat is a breeze to look after and is low shed, super soft and dreamy to keep clean.
His relaxed, cruzy nature, laid back attitude and love for a soft couch makes him the ultimate winter buddy whilst his desire to please, social nature and love of life makes him the perfect summer companion. He is the best all year round buddy you will find.
Ardath came into care with 4 other siblings and he loves to wrestle and play. He's met other doggies too, older, bigger & smaller and is friendly with all. He would benefit greatly from having an older dog in the home to guide him and teacher him his doggy manners. Like any puppy, Ardath will need ongoing socialisation and exposure to the big, wide world as so far his life has been a little sheltered. He would benefit from experienced owners that can guide him and ensure positive experiences that will allow him to blossom into the awesome young man we know he is. Ardath will be a moderately active puppy when he is older so will need daily exercise and stimulation.
Currently learning new things, like toilet training and basic doggy manners, there is a lot of potential with this pup and it is important that his new family are committed to continuing his training so that he can reach this potential. Ardath lacks a little confidence in new circumstances and is still getting used to the car and life outside the home in general but with time he will grow with the right guidance.
We are looking for an experienced home where Ardath will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities and outings. He will require another medium to large dog in his new home to guide and play with him and or someone home most days. He is not suited to being left alone all day. Ardath should be allowed inside to be with the family and will require a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night. This gorgeous young man will make such a wonderful addition to a family.
If you would like to apply to adopt Ardath then you need to go to the Fetching Dogs website and fill in a dog adoption enquiry form as the first step.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
