About Hafthor
Hi there, my name is Hafthor! My foster mum says I’m the cutest kitten she’s raised.
I came into Nepean animal hospital with my brother and sister after we were found in a wall, we had no injuries from or time there however we developed cat flu. I got more sick than my siblings and it took me longer to recover however I’m as healthy as they come now!
I do carry a higher chance of developing cat flu if I’m stressed or allowed outside, as a result of this I will have to be a strictly indoor only kitty.
I have grown up with kittens my age and mature cats. I get along with both, love playing with both and playing with my humans, I find it really funny when they act like a cat with me. My favourite game to play is tag, especially since I’m the fastest little zoomer out there! Once I’ve had my fun I will come looking for my friends to have a little snooze with, I really like cuddles under blankets with gentle pats.
I haven’t met any small children or dogs just yet but with a bit of patience and lots of encouraging I think I would be okay.
I have had my desexing surgery, microchip implant and 2 of my kitten vaccines with the 3rd being included in the adoption fee. I have been kept up to date with flea and worm prevention as well. I may be a carrier for the cat flu however as mentioned before I am a healthy happy carefree boy ready for my forever family. I would be alright in a home with other cats as long as they are vaccinated annually.

Medical notes
As mentioned above, Hafthor has previously had a bad strain of cat flu, he has made a full recovery and hasn't had a relapse of the flu. He is more at risk of it coming back if he is exposed to stress/new environments. As a result he will need to be kept strictly indoors
Adoption details
Please take the time to browse through some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption. Keep in mind that we have many other cats that have not yet made it to this page who are looking for their forever homes. If you don't find the pet you're looking for we encourage you to contact our clinic directly on (02) 47333456 and leave your details with the adoption coordinator or check out our instagram page on wellpet.cat.adoption :)
Please be advised that we do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for them is too high to keep up-dating. However, we always have lots of new kittens in the program looking for their purr-fect family.
Our adoption process includes a meet and greet with our adoption coordinator and the kitten or cat(s) you are interested in adopting. This is where you can ask any questions you might have and discuss the suitability of this pet to your lifestyle, and all the inclusions of the adoption fee.
