Arriving in to our care with his mum Josephine and sister Blossom, Barney was just two days when he was introduced to foster care.
Raised so well by his mum, we have absolutely delighted in watching this delightful young boy grow into a funny, playful and adorable kitten. Right from the start, Barney showed his gentle and loving nature. As he steadily grew he became more curious about the world around him and soon learned all about human kindness.
Barney is very fond of people and will seek you out for attention. He has never known fear of people and is a very confident, well adjusted little guy. He has grown up in a household with adults cats and a dog and there really isn't much that bothers this little bro.
Barney has the cutest little spot under his nose, and he loves to climb up on your for cuddles. He is a confident little man and loves to carry his toys around to show them to everyone – it’s a new trick and he is so proud of it.
Barney loves to sit on your lap. Although he is not yet sure about cuddles, he is warming to the concept and is growing to love them too. So you’ll need to be a little patient as Barney gets to know you and becomes more confident in your love.
Barney loves his food and he does the cutest purring while he’s eating. Barney is a very handsome boy and has lovely colouring that looks great in photos. He is a bit of a star when it comes to videos as well, because practically everything he does is adorable.
**Dandy Cat Rescue is a small rescue run by volunteers. We care for cats and kittens in our own homes. We will respond to your request just as soon as we possibly can and thank you for your patience.**

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. Call us on 0413 938 250 for more information about your kitty of choice.
3. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home
4. If your adoption is successful we ask that you pay the nominated fee to us in cash either at the adoption day or at the home visit. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions or online banking transfers at this stage.
5. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty which will include a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership form that must be completed and paid by you ($15 fee applies) no later than four weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
