About Finn
Hi, I’m Finn! I’m a big boof and if you love cuddles, oh boy oh boy oh boy I’m your guy! When you come home, I’ll greet you with such excitement you’ll feel like royalty. I can sit and drop, walk pretty nicely on lead, and wait patiently until I’m told I’m allowed to eat – I’m very eager to please you and want to be the goodest boy.
I have an eye condition I was born with called microphthalmia which is where my eyes didn’t grow properly, so my vision isn’t the best. But, I’ve had an operation so I can see much better now than before and hardly ever bump into walls like I used to. Still, when I get a bit excited my low vision means I can bump into things (like small children and elderly people) and knock them over. Please don't 'swipe left' on me just because my eyes look a bit different!
I’m a big softy and I love everyone, but your home will feel very protected with me there. When I fall asleep and you see me twitching while I dream, know that I’m dreaming I’m actually a lap dog, so I hope it’ll be alright if I lay next to you while you relax. I’d love a place with a big yard where I can run around, hopefully with another big easy-going dog to keep me company.
I have lots of energy to burn - so I need someone who will love to take me for long walks every day. It's also important that I'm allowed inside so I can spend lots of time with my new family, as I am the happiest when I get to share my love with my family.
Medical notes
Microphthalmia - he has had surgery to rectify the condition
