Hey there! I'm Zeus, a gorgeous, loving, playful boofa. My much loved owner passed away recently. SAFE is helping me find a home with someone who'll love me as much as he did, and who I can devote myself to and have fun with. Do you enjoy daily walks, beach outings, playing fetch and car rides? There are a couple more things I'd like to learn - my recall needs some work and sometimes I forget not to jump up. And I just love routine and structure, so I know exactly what's expected of me.

I adore being around people and am very affectionate. I love to be patted and especially to get belly rubs. I lean on you, put my paw on you and gaze up with my big brown eyes to ask for pats. I'm not really aware of how big and strong I am, so they say I won't suit living with small children as I might accidentally knock them over when I come up to lean on them for a cuddle.

I've been used to being an outside boy, so I feel a little uneasy when I'm inside at my foster carer's, but I'm toilet trained, and after a while, I'll find a quiet spot and lie down and just chill.

Exercise twice a day with a short training session, and getting to meet other big dogs like me is a must as I've got quite a bit of energy. Well, I'm still just a teenager, really. Otherwise, I might chew something or dig a hole because my brain and body haven't been tired out. A big backyard I can relax in when you're out would just be awesome!

It's fun playing with other dogs when we've had a proper introduction. I haven't had a whole lot to do with them, and with all the recent change in my life, I growled at a dog that came near my food. It's the only time I've ever done that, but SAFE thinks because of this I'd be better to be the only pet in your home.
