About Misty 💚
Every so often, you come across a dog with a difference....Believe it or not, Misty is a Frenchie!
Although not your average looking French Bulldog, Misty is a beautiful soul 💕 Her floppy ears and typical Frenchie grin just add to her overall cuteness. She is currently in care with 4 other dogs/pups, cats, a bird and of course, her foster mum...and gets along well with everyone.
Misty can be shy when you first meet her, but once she gains your trust (this does not take long!), she will be your little shadow and never want to leave your side...the perfect little companion dog. If you're out of sight from her, she will do whatever she possibly can to see you.
This gorgeous little girl is also slightly bigger than your average French Bulldog, weighing in at 17kg. She is crate trained at night, and quite happy to sleep in one, but would not argue if given the choice to sleep in bed with her special humans either.
One thing this girl is not keen on, is water. Whether it be a trip to the beach, dip in the pool or water from the hose...this is not her thing!
We would love to see Misty be rehomed with a family who understand the French Bulldog breed or currently own one.
Despite their glum expression, the French Bulldog is comical and entertaining. They are quite stubborn and can be challenging to train, yet also surprisingly sensitive, remembers what they learn, and responds well to early, patient, persistent training that utilizes food motivation.
Snorting, snuffling, and flatulence go with the territory of short-faced breeds. We recommend doing your research on the breed before choosing to own one, as they do come with a range of health issues and require certain needs.
So if you've done your research and decided that you can provide everything this girl needs, please send us an enquiry. Misty has had all her vet work completed and now ready to head off to her forever home. She is located in Bateau Bay on the Central Coast NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
