About Layla ~ Kelpie X Cattle Dog (on trial 11/6/19)
Layla is a healthy and very affectionate 10 week old female Kelpie cross stumpy tail Cattle Dog puppy who is an absolute pleasure to look after.
Layla has been raised in a home environment and has been well socialised with other puppies and children. She is vibrant and playful nature.
Due to Layla being a very young pup, she will need to be welcome inside at night to sleep until she is an adult. Ideally she will need an older dog to show and teach her how to behave but not essential, or an owner that is home a lot of the time to bond with her. She would be too lonely on her own and would likely to stress and cry.
This beautiful gentle girl, will grow up to be a Medium dog and therefore will need a suitable yard, no courtyards or townhouses. She will need a medium to large yard with secure fencing to keep her safe.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise and training.
Layla’s brother Chewie is also available for adoption.
As Layla is not yet desexed, she will need to be returned to one of our vets for desexing when she is approximately 5 months old.
Because of this we would prefer she was adopted within Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens.
For more information or to meet Layla, please contact her foster carer on Renee on renee_gordon@yahoo.com.au Layl is in foster care at Central Coast, NSW. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Layla's adoption fee is $550, which includes her desexing, microchipping, 1st and 2nd vaccination, and current with all fleas and worm treatments.
