Teddy is another new arrival at AOSR. He was impounded for so long we can't understand why?

He is a sweet little boy around 4 years of age. He loves belly rubs and playing tug. All he wants is to be a lap dog and say hello to everybody. He is happily playing with his foster sister Sox and knows basic commands.
