Ruby is a gorgeous, long hair tabby who is growing more confident and secure every day. She loves to sit next to people on the couch and likes to cuddle and get pats. If you’re laying on the couch she loves nothing more than snuggling up next to you for a snooze.

She also enjoys time by herself and likes to sit on the chairs under the table, very quietly, just watching the world go by. She has a very endearing and unique melodic purr and chirps that will surely melt your heart. She loves to watch the birds outside the window and might just startle you with a pounce at the window!

She loves to play with her toys and chase them on the floor, and will surprise you with her acrobatics!

She will definitely let you know when it’s feeding time and can be very vocal. She is quick learner, and with feeding toys, she’s really learned how to use her paws and hunting skills to “find” food. She loves to bat the feeding toys around and scurries excitedly after the kibble that comes out.

Ruby will retreat to a safe place if she is surprised by a loud noise. She would best suit a quieter home, where she can be the only feline in the house.

Ruby might take a just little bit to settle in, but she is adorable with an independent personality and will undoubtedly reward someone’s attention, love and patience with companionship, cuddles and that lovely singing purr (plus, she’s super soft and fluffy!).
