About Coco 🍖
Introducing Coco, our adorable little Staffy mix girl.....and absolute snuggle bug! She is an energetic little girl who loves to explore with her litter mates and spend time with her humans both small and large.
Coco is 1 of 3 pups who arrived in care at the age of 8 weeks of age. She spends her days at Follyfoot Childcare centre where her foster mum works and then heads back to her foster home in the afternoon. As you can imagine, Coco has had plenty of exposure to young children and new people coming through the centre and very much enjoys the daily interaction with people.
This girl loves to be loved......she totally thinks she's a lap dog and loves nothing more than snuggling on your lap to watch TV.
During her time in foster care, Coco has been learning basic commands (will sit when asked) and is doing fantastic with toilet training.
As with all our pups, we strongly recommend enrolling in Puppy school. Coco will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood, as well as ongoing training so that she grows up to be a well mannered and socialised girl. We believe that she will be a medium size dog when fully grown. She is a beautiful natured puppy, and given the right environment we’re sure she will grow to be an extremely loyal, well mannered adult.
We would love to help get you started with training, so our amazing supporters, Best Friends - Erina, have kindly offered to include a 5 week Puppy training course with all of our Puppy adoptions (up to 16wks of age)....The Best Friends Puppy Pre-School service is a fun and interactive five-week training course that covers puppy behaviours, diet, health, grooming, exercise and play, with an emphasis on socialisation, command training, health and care. Their aim is to teach you positive ways to train your puppy in basic skills such as ‘sit’, ‘drop’, ‘stay’, and how to walk well on a lead, but also how to control your puppy’s not so desirable behaviours like toileting inside, biting, mouthing and separation anxiety.
Coco would be best suited to a home with another doggie companion or the company of her humans. She will need a medium to large yard with secure height appropriate fencing. Due to her fair coloured coat, she will need sunscreen applied to her ears and coat to protect her from the sun.
Vet work is now complete and she is available to adopt now.... She is located at Buff Point, on the Central Coast NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
