About Chevy - Assisted Rehome 💝
This playful, affectionate little girl is hoping to find her forever home! Whilst Chevy enjoys the company of other male Bulldog breeds, she does like to be the more dominant in the pack and has shown a dislike for other breeds. She adores her humans and is the perfect little playmate for kids, so a home where she was your one and only would be nothing short of perfect. Chevy has also shown to have quite a high prey drive, so a home without smaller animals is preferred.
Chevy is perfectly behaved inside the home and given the breed, would need access to indoors during the Summer months. She loves her walks, playing with her toys and hanging out with her humans. Chevy has shown no signs of separation anxiety, so would not necessarily need a home where her humans were always home.
Although Frenchies are not big barkers, Chevy will alert you if someone approaches the fence and is a great little guard dog (all 10kg of her!). She's great with kids of all ages and always happy to play a game in the backyard or simply snuggle up on the couch!
Despite their glum expression, the French Bulldog is comical and entertaining. They are quite stubborn and can be challenging to train, yet also surprisingly sensitive, remembering what they learnt, and respond well to early, patient, persistent training that utilizes food motivation.
Snorting, snuffling, and flatulence go with the territory of short-faced breeds. We recommend doing your research on the breed before choosing to own one, as they do come with a range of health issues and require certain needs.
Minimum 5ft fencing is required.
Chevy is located in Charlestown NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
