On Hold
Alvin is looking for a new best friend. He has been totally besotted with his carers older teenage son and is hoping to find an new family with a new teenager to hang out with.
Alvin has some important restrictions on his adoption because the last time he was adopted he found it so stressful that he develop urinary crystals and was resurrendered. So we are looking for the perfect match for him this time so that his transition is nice and easy.
Alvin needs a nice calm home with kids no younger than about 13. Young kids or kids that may be noisy and very full on are not suitable for him.
He doesn't like dogs.
He is a people cat, he's not an other cats cat. It took him a good month to stop hissing at his siblings when he was returned. We think the stress of trying to introduce him to another cat (or dog) would probably be enough to set the urinary crystals off again.
Alvin needs someone who likes a shadow. He will sit outside his current mates door waiting for him to open it and then just spends as much of the day as he can in there with him, helping him, hugging him (yep he's a hugger, one arm either side of the neck hugger)
If you think you tick all those boxes then Alvin is the cat for you.
