About Phinix
*Pair looking for a home together* Phinix arrived in care very timid and afraid of humans but after a little adjustment time his true personality blossomed. Phinix is friendly, loving, playful, clever and attention loving. Phinix recently had a meet and greet which stunned me, he was friendly and affectionate with strangers straight away! Sweet Phinix loves to play with cardboard boxes, scratch poles and the occasional toy.
Phinix absolutely loves human attention, he enjoys ear rubs and full body pats (he purrs loudly and rolls on the ground affectionately). He can be a little cheeky and give a little swat or bite if you are not paying attention but he is doing this less and less. I have handled him to the point he even enjoys a cuddle.
He confidently uses his kitty litter which consists of clumping litter in a hooded litter box.
I have recently decided Phinix and Pride should be rehomed together, although they don't cuddle up together and have quiet different personalities I think they are buddies (they don't share sleeping quarters but greet each other lovingly in the morning).
You can find Pride's listing by searching PetID: 725821
Both boys are a bit timid around my dogs and cats but as long as resident animals don't chase them I think they will adapt. Phinix and Pride have really enjoyed spending time in my garden lately, as I have a large yard they have not shown interest in scaling my 6 foot fences. Careful consideration should be made to ensure Phinix and Pride stay on their adoptive owners property at all times.
If you are interested in meeting Phinix and Pride please email and tell me a little about yourself and the home you can offer the boys. We are located at Narara on the Central Coast of NSW.
Please note I am willing to work with adoptive families in other states but transport must be arranged and paid for by the adopter (as well as return should adoption not work out). Pick up would need to be from my home in Narara 2250 (about 2 hours from Sydney airport) and arranged around my work hours. I would recommend transport door to door to prevent shuffling them in and out of carriers (they will be understandably stressed).
