Hello, I'm Alice! I came into the shelter through no fault of my own, after a less than ideal few years. I did find the shelter quite overwhelming to start with, but the lovely staff looked after me and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I eat a special kind of food that makes me less worried here (Hills Science Diet C/D) which I love. Since arriving, I have found my feet and become a beautiful and affectionate girl. I will usually chirp when someone walks past me, and jump from my shelf to greet them at the door! I love pats and cuddles, and am looking for a simple kind of home, you know, the basics. Food, warmth, love and perhaps some safe outdoor time so I can 'bird watch'. I would very much suit someone who lives alone, or a couple, who are in need of companionship and a special relationship for years to come!
