I've been adopted!
About Chicko
I arrived at Lort Smith having eaten a stone and requiring surgery. For this reason I should not be left alone with small items such as toys and stones as I don't want to end up back in hospital!
The staff tell me I'm a sweet boy and I'm super keen to learn new things. I can be a little nervous around new people and places, and when I meet other dogs. My approach can be a little rude, so someone who will take me to obedience classes where I can learn to socialise and build my confidence would be grand!
Ideally I need a home where someone is around a lot as I do get anxious when I am on my own. I could potentially go to a home with another dog, as long as they are well trained and can be patient with me. A home with no small animals would be best, as the thrill of the chase is too strong for me!
If you cannot resist my smile and think I'd suit your lifestyle, please phone the Adoption Hub to arrange a meet and greet.
