Mina

Hi everyone! My name is Mina, but you can call me Meenie Beenie.
Let me tell you about my story; I was brought to the shelter by one of the inspectors, I was reported because I had been left in a back garden to fend for myself. I had no one looking after me and the only company I had was a neighbourhood cat (we liked to cuddle). I was pretty scared when I arrived at the shelter, it took me some time to warm up. As soon as I realised the awesome staff were friendly and kind I had no problem jumping up on their laps and showing them my thank-yous! I'm a cuddle bug now and find it hard to get off people, I really just want to be snuggled and loved. My favourite hobbies include; playing with soft toys, cuddling and jumping up and cuddling on couches.
I'm looking for a home with someone who is home more often than not, I love attention that much that I don't want to be left alone for long periods of time. I'm pretty dog social and enjoy going out for walks with other dogs - I don't matter what size, big dogs or small dogs, they're all the same to me!
I could live with another one too, I would just need to do a meet and greet first to make sure we're going to get on well. I could live with older kids/teenagers but I think youngens' might be too much for me at the moment.
My new family will need to take their time with me while I'm settling into my new home, it may take me a couple of weeks to get used to my new life. My promise to you is this, if you include me as part of the family and spoil me with love and cuddles, I will give you unconditional love and loyalty. One more thing you should know about me is that I LOVE chicken, can't get enough of it and it is sure to win me over in any situation I may be unsure about.
