About Elsie
Meet Elsie, a playful, 2 year old Boxer x Bull Arab girl with gorgeous brindle markings and piercing eyes. Elsie is a large dog weighing almost 30kg. Elsie and her sister Mable (also for adoption) found themselves confused and sad in a rural pound after a family breakdown. Fast forward a month and these girls are now living their best life awaiting the day they meet their forever families! Elsie is a smart and responsive girl, she loves racing around with her foster brothers and sister playing chasie, loves going for walks and is perfectly behaved on car rides. Elsie likes nothing more than to be cuddled up next you at the end of a long day and give you lots of kisses so you know how much you've been missed! Elsie sleeps inside at night in a crate and during the day spends her time both inside and outside the house while her foster carer is at work. Elsie is kid and dog friendly although she is best suited to older kids as she may jump when she becomes excited. She may be able to be rehomed with a cat given time to adjust to such a curious creature.
Elsie's ideal family will love her so much and want to include her in their activities, taking her for a walk each day. They will understand she needs to be allowed to sleep inside at night and will give her the all the love and cuddles she needs to feel comfort in her new home. Most importantly also, they will understand that adopting Elsie is a commitment for her lifetime. If you think you might be Elsie's ideal family, why not complete the adoption questions below and find out if you are a match! Elsie is in foster care (with her sister Mable) at Cardiff, Lake Macquarie area. Her adoption fee is $350 (reduced if adopted with her sister Mable). To contact her foster carer, Bec, please email (preferred) 77beccaboo@gmail.com or sms 0416 095409.
