Major is a loveable easy natured pure bred male german shepherd who knows his basic commands and is friendly with all dogs. Major has come into care after his owner failed to collect him from a local animal shelter. Being a matured aged dog he is easy to manage if you understand this breed. Intelligent and a very good watch dog major will need to go to a home who have experience with large dogs. Major would be a wonderful gentleman as a companion for another dog. With his loving nature and maturity he would be a no hassle addition to a home. Major loves to play ball and is excellent at his retrieval. Major has soft ears but is all shepherd underneath that smiling face. Major would also be an excellent deterent in your backyard for unwanted visitors but still a loving loyal companion. Being a german shepherd major is very people focused and is somewhat dominant in nature if left unchecked.
