About Benny ^^Dandy Cat Rescue^^
🐱🐱 $120 adoption fee 🐱🐱
Benny is a beautiful lad who has a heart of gold and after what he has been through, has the sweetest and loving nature. When he was 2,5 months old, he caught his back paw while playing and fractured his hind leg. It was pinned and has healed, and it hasn't hindered his abilities to run and play at all (see videos).
Benny has had his final checkup with the vet and his leg has healed beautifully - so now it is time for him to find his furever family.
Benny is a real hoot, he loves to play and is super social. With all his visits to the vet, he would arrive at another foster carer's home and waltz out of the carrier and treat it like it was his usual home, even with the new cats and dog.
Benny entertains himself, but also has brought out the kitten sides of his two foster's cats. Most days he spends his time cuddled up to them on the bed.
Due to his history, his new family will just need to ensure he maintains a healthy weight and ideally keep him indoor only with access to a secure cat enclosure.
Benny really is a beautiful little boy and would be such a welcome addition to any home, particularly one where he would have a feline or canine sibling. He is up to date with his vaccinations, flea and worming.
Located in Cranbourne North.

Medical notes
Benny fractured his hind leg and had pins put in while it healed. Those were removed and at his final review (on July 20), the vet was extremely happy with his prognosis. Benny has no limp or legacy of the injury. Ideally, Benny would be best as an indoor only cat or have access to a secure cat enclosure. Our vet is happy for his new family to contact them to have the x-rays sent to their vet to have a thorough history moving forward.
