Jack

Jack is a 5 year old mini fox terrier who is personality PLUS! ✨✨🐶✨✨

He loves walks, cuddles, playing in the surf, food, cuddles on laps and then some more cuddles – this little man will take whatever snuggles are on offer. 💗💗

He is an active little dude with energy to burn, so his new Paw-rents will need to want an activity buddy. It’s really important he gets good exercise every day to keep him happy and calm. 🧘‍♂️🧗‍♀️

He loves long walks on the beach and thinks running through the surf is GREAT fun 🏄‍♀️ 🌊 🚶‍♀️ 🐶 🏃‍♀️

To date, Jack has lived as a predominantly outside dog and Jack reckons it’s about time that changes! He is looking for a home where he will be a welcome member of the family and allowed inside so he can make the most of all those cuddles you want to offer! 🏡 🛌 🗝

Of course, he will need access to the outside for wees and poos, but generally speaking, Jack’s all about his hooooman buddies and will need a home where his people are home most of the time or have a canine companion for him so he doesn’t get lonely. 🌳 💩 💦

When this little man gets lonely he tends to fret and then bark. Jack isn’t overly fond of little humans as he finds their loud noises very scary, so we would recommend older kids 👶🙀�

Moving houses is a pretty stressful time for anyone, so Jack needs Paw-rents that are going to show patience, compassion and understanding while he settles in. 💓

He is OK with other dogs, but can be a little selective about who he wants to befriend, so if you have another Fur-kid we would recommend they meet for a play date first. He will definitely need his human to work on his general socialization skills before you take him to off lead parks.

Jack is also a VERY smart little cookie, and given his adoration of food, he is extremely easy to train which is an absolute plus. He will do ANYTHING for a tasty snack!! 🍪 🍔 🍟

Jack has won the hearts of many of us here at the rescue, and we would love to see him go to the very best of homes 💗
