ABOUT

Felicia came to BFF from a far north pound. We were expecting a boy cat, so imagine our surprise when we opened the carrier and out walks a heavily pregnant female cat! She was extremely underweight, and despite having a large belly, you could feel all of our bones! Two weeks later she gave birth to 6 kittens.

She was an amazing mumma to her babies, but she struggled to sustained them as she was just so depleted. She was separated from them when they were 6 weeks old, as she was just skin and bone and had nothing left to give! Since then, Felicia has gone from strength to strength! She has gained some much needed weight and now looks amazing!

Felicia is completely cat and dog friendly, and is not phased at all by the other pets in her foster home. She is a little nervous around new people, but once she feels comfortable with you she is one of the sweetest, gentlest and smoochy cats you ever did meet!

This sweet girl is still young, and is now learning how to be a kitten again. She loves to run through the cat tunnels playing with her foster siblings. She had absolutely no idea what cat toys are, and was terrified of them, but is slowly learning they are fun.

Felicia is currently on a prescription diet as we believe she has some food allergies, which contributed to her poor state on arrival. Her foster carer is currently working through different types of food with her to determine what her allergy is.
