About Harley ~ Staffy X Cattle Dog (on trial 19/5/19)
Meet Harley an 8 week old Staffy X Cattle Dog boy. He has so much love to give, he loves people and lots of cuddles and tummy rubs.
Harley is a brave puppy but softy at heart. He is quiet and relaxed. At the same time he is playful and adventurous. He loves running around chasing his sister and foster nanny dog Misty.
Harley is good with kids and larger dogs and is a smart boy who comes when you call him and will be easy to train. He is on his way to being toilet trained but must be treated as a puppy so that is still ongoing. He lets us know when he needs a toilet break.
Harley will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Harley will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as he would be too lonely on his own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Harley needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. You need good fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
Harley's sister Daisy is also available for adoption.
As Harley is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Harley, please contact his foster carer Jason on jasonkemp@netspace.net.au Harley is in Newcastle area, NSW (Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle).
Harley's adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.
Medical notes
Happy and healthy puppy
