About Skeeter
Collie x Sheltie
Skeeter has just turned 2!
She is an amazing companion that is still learning how to be a dog, improving everyday so she will need another active dog to play with. Her ideal home would be one with an active and kind canine so she can run around and learn how to play “dogs” with them.
She just loves the dog park where she can chase and play with the other dogs and, shyly but excitedly, go up to their humans and greet them too.
She is coming out of her shell so will need a nurturing home that will continue with her training. A good sized yard with regular exercise is what Skeeter would love most.
Skeeter’s recall is coming along well (especially with a whistle!), she’s getting more confident walking on the lead and likes car rides.
Skeeter is toilet trained as long as she has access to the outside.
In the month that I’ve had Skeeter, I’ve never heard her bark or cry.
She hasn’t been tested with cats but at her vet visits she has paid no attention to them. She has wild birds visit the yard each afternoon and she now lays and watches them eat without chasing.
Skeeter is currently going through her vet check process and will be available for her forever home in the coming weeks.
Skeeter is a beautiful, soft, affectionate but active girl that will be your loyal companion forever.
Medical notes
Skeeter will be rehomed as desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated. We are not aware of any ongoing health issues
