About Luke
Luke is a total "Love Bug", he loves human companionship and receiving lots of pats, cuddles and affection. He will follow you everywhere to see what is going on, he thinks he is a lap dog, and he may even possibly think he is part human. Luke is good with other dogs and cats, and is the sweetest boy with children of all ages. It is essential Luke has a family that will include him in all activities, treat him as one of the family, allow him access to indoors at all times, and has someone at home a lot of the time. He is a clever boy and would be interested in learning new tricks at doggy school. Even though Luke plays well with other dogs we would prefer him to have a family to himself so he gets all the love and attention he wants. Luke is a pedigree Lagotto and will be adopted with papers,
Medical notes
The Lagotto breed are prone to ear infections and Luke has in the past had a number of infections. Vet has advised regular ear meds be given to prevent further infections.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
