About Winston
Introducing Winston, a gorgeous 6 month old British Bulldog.
Winnie is the sweetest boy who loves everyone and everything. He is a very social boy and has great dog skills. He is great with kids and also cats. Winston has basic obedience. He can sit, stay, drop, leave it and walks well on a leash.
Sadly winnie has dry eye in his left eye which requires daily eye drops several times to keep it lubricated. He also has a narrow tracea which makes him more susceptible to pneumonia. Winston had upper airway surgery at age 3 months to shorten his soft pallet and open his nostrils wider to allow him breath, but being a bulldog with narrow trachea means he has to have limited exercise and kept cool in the hotter months. If managed he can live a happy normal life but his new family need to be aware that he will need his eye checked every 6 months and that potentially will have breathing issues as gets older.
Winnie is in foster care in Kempsey NSW.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family. He/she will be desexed,1st and 2nd vaccination, microchiped, wormed and fleaed regularly and a health check done by our wonderful vet .
