Who makes up your family including ages of children?

If you do not own your home do you have written permission for a dog?

Have you had a dog before and when? E.g. dealing with toilet training, mouthing, chewing and any behavioural issues.

How long would the dog be alone for each day and during these times how would you prevent pup from becoming lonely and bored? Leaving a young pup alone for more than 4hrs a day at unless they have company.

Where will the dog sleep at night?

Please only inquire when you are ready to take a dog home at the time of the "meet and greet" e.g. have puppy proofed your home, purchased everything you need and all decision-makers are present
