About Sanka
One word… GORGEOUS! Sanka is a gorgeous girl who, after a tough start to life, is growing in to a friendly, calm, snuggly and intelligent young lady.
Sanka is very responsive to training and has excellent manners for such a young pup. She is very food motivated which makes training a treat. While in care she has begun to learn sit and how to walk on a leash. She happily sleeps through the night in a puppy pen and patiently waits to be let out in the morning. Her toilet training is coming along very nicely, but her new family must be patient and expect a few accidents while she gets used to a new environment. We are looking for a family who are fully committed to ongoing training and socialisation. Enrolling in puppy school would be a great next step to continue Sanka’s growth in to a well balanced adult.
She is a bit of a socialite and enjoys her weekly trips to the local café where she is the absolute centre of attention. She will sit under your feet patiently while you eat, but then not hesitate to lap up all the pats from strangers! At home she loves to play with her foster sister who is 10x her size but this doesn’t phase Sanka one bit! Her favourite past time is playing with toys and will happily entertain herself with them if you are busy.
We are looking for a family where someone is home more often than not or has another friendly resident dog for company. She will require a warm comfy bed to sleep on inside at night, and a family who are going to include her in their activities and outings.
If you think you could provide Sanka with the loving forever home she deserves, please head on over to our Fetching Dogs website and fill out an adoption enquiry form.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
