About Chloe
Chloe is a desexed female who is a kelpie x lab and 3 years of age.
Chloe is being rehomed through no fault of her own (due to a change in her owners circumstances).
Chloe has resided within a family situation whereby she has been very much a part of the family so we are looking for something similar for her.
She has been living with 4 children and has been good with them. Chloe is friendly towards other dogs however hasn't lived with another dog. Her family has an old cat who is not interested in Chloe so Chloe is not interested in the cat either. However younger, more playful cats untested.
Chloe has some basic training, she knows sit, lay, fetch, wait, etc. Her recall is also good. She will fetch her toys but won't drop :) She has huge potential.
Chloe has walked a little on lead but requires more work in this area.
Her only bad habit is jumping on you initially through excitement but has never done that to the children only the adults.
Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in one of our animals please phone the shelter manager or send an email to rescue@btcanimalshelter.com.au and we will reply as soon as possible. A questionnaire will need to be completed which will allow us to ensure we are placing our animals into the right home. Once the completed questionnaire is received, we will respond by email / phone call to discuss the animal in further detail, and answer any other questions you may have.
Please note that completing the questionnaire does not place you under any obligation to adopt.
We can arrange a meet and greet for you (and existing pets) to spend some time with the pet and see if they are likely to fit into your life.
If you decide to adopt, payment is made and you can welcome your new pet into your life!
We offer a 2 week trial period.
