About Edith
Meet Edith or ‘Edie’ for short. This gorgeous girl is quite shy, but once she gets to know you, she will rub up against you and snuggle beside (or on) you on the couch.
We’re not sure of her history, but she’s quite timid around dogs and nervous with cats, especially if the cat is a bit feisty! We would recommend a calm home without other animals or children so she can lap up all of your affection in her remaining years. If you have the time and patience to bond with this senior lady, you will be greatly rewarded with a loving and affectionate cat who is very low maintenance. She really is just a little old lady who wants peace and quiet!

This is in no way an obligation to adopt but simply gives us some more information about the home, family and lifestyle you have to offer a new pet.
As of 2017, Fresh Start Rescue are no longer placing dogs in homes with children under the age of 9 years old. We know this will frustrate many families looking to adopt, however for the safety of both those families and are beloved dogs, we have decided to put this measure into place.
