About Buster
Do you have crazy hair days? I do!!!!
Buster may look old and grey (and yes that he has stuck his finger in a light socket - but we can tell you he is a happy, energetic 18 month old dog)
Buster is a very affectionate boy who comes up for a cuddle but he needs to trust you before you can pick him up.
Buster does like other dogs - but must be female - he enjoys a play.
Buster is not overly needy and can entertain himself.
He is an energetic young man who loves a good daily walk and loves to have a good tumble with his doggy pals (he does prefer female or desexed male dogs).
Buster’s ideal home is with another playful dog friend with a family that will commit to his daily exercise needs and social calendar. Buster is good with children, he is incredibly affectionate and quite content curled up on a lap after a days play.
Buster is house trained but is still mastering the dog door.

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
If applying to adopt one of our furbabies over the age of 6 months we recommend that you bring to the meet and greet any of your furbabies to see how they interact.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 2 week trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
