Frankie

Meet Frankie, The Boxer.
Frankie is very people-orientated he is gentle and oh so affectionate, kisses and cuddles all day long for this guy, He is very loyal and will follow you around as he just wants to be in your company.
He would suit a home with a family who is happy to spend a lot of time with him, and where there are people home more often than not. He can be left alone without causing trouble but is definitely happier with human company. A home with older children would be fine, as he is big and enthusiastic and sometimes does not know his own size. Probable best to be the only dog in the home, he is good with cats.
Frankie has basic obedience skills but would benefit greatly with further training as he at times can be head-strong and stubborn. As his breed suggests Frankie is highly intelligent, so the further training will be stimulated both his physical and intellectual needs.
Frankie has proven himself to be a very pleasant house guest, no excessive drooling or snorting/ snoring that you would commonly see with the boxer breed. He rarely barks unless he really needs to. Frankie also loves to play. Although he is not at all interested in ball games, he would much rather a good wrestle and run around the back yard with some hide and seek. He will require a generous amount of play time to avoid boredom.
When out and about he is he is friendly and inquisitive with all the people he comes across. He can however be threatened by other dogs and therefore needs to be kept at a distance from them and distracted when they are around.
While Frankie loves his fun times, he equally enjoys his down time, he will happily spend time just chilling around the house, despite his size nothing will stop him from a good snuggle on the couch. That’s right he is very much an inside dog.
Frankie is unconditional loved and adored by his foster mum. He is a very special soul who will fill your heart and home with pure joy.
